For those of you who do not know, Toyota motorhome chassis where originally
manufactured with a rear axle assembly that was a non floating bearing type.
These axles are famous for failing due to the large amount of weight they carry.
Toyota in around 1987 started supplying full floating rear axles for the 1 ton
chassis. The axle faq.pdf below will give you a great amount of information on
